I Sent an email to EAC too how do I Send My HWInfo32 file??
Second appeal denied, and they told me they cannot disclose what got me banned.
Seems like they are using the chinese law system where 99.9% of people charged with a crime are guilty by default.
So on the off chance I did do something but I am unaware of what it is, I cannot even correct the behavior.
They essentially are telling me not to buy another EA product because they can and will ban for any reason and not tell me the reason.
That sucks. sorry for you. No answer on my first appeal yet.

@GryphonvI'd still try and get a refund if I were you. Can't hurt to try. yes I know you played over 2 hours and got it off Steam. Just make up something good.
- @wettshrt- No idea, I do know I won't buy another EA product directly. It would be shame on me if I keep giving them money after they showed so lack of respect for what I've spent already, and can and will cease my access at anytime without recourse.
It sucks to still buy EA products over the years, ignoring all the hate vs EA, then have EA treat you like this. - @WienerBeard Tried that sadly, steam denied because its past the 2hrs. I would do a CC charge back if I paid for it directly through EA, and let them just ban my whole account. But I can't do that with my steam account.
With that said, I've written Steam for clarification about the 2hr rule on pre release games. Yep same had mine denied today I have tried on twitter to tag them and tagged jay2cents

You may end up reporting an innocent party as it doesn’t lock the person your reporting in straight away.
