@GryphonvI'd still try and get a refund if I were you. Can't hurt to try. yes I know you played over 2 hours and got it off Steam. Just make up something good.
@WienerBeard Tried that sadly, steam denied because its past the 2hrs. I would do a CC charge back if I paid for it directly through EA, and let them just ban my whole account. But I can't do that with my steam account.
