False positive bans

I just got a false positive banned from BF2042 this morning, while I was not even home... how is this even possible? I guess its rip my ultimate edition.  I believe another user @Gryphonv got the sa...

@wettshrt- I have been un banned, it would appear that my account had been hacked and someone else was using it, noticed when I went into my account sulking lolz untrusted the connection and sent ticket I am on chat to them now trying to sort the connectivity issues i now have.

    Ignore everything I have said the, the dispute button that you hit and do not select a game has filed it under APEX LEGENDS even though there is nothing to select so they have unbanned me on apex when I wasn't banned in the first place lmao, the chat guy has escalated the issue for me

    @ReaperCo12 holy F, EA did mess up after all haha. great news for you!

    maybe EA had a security breach for all these ppl to get into this problem. Even with 2FA active it happened to me... very odd

      I got banned yesterday, i have only played for 1 hour spent most of that time tuning my keyboard binds and mouse settings.

        Ok guys im done.

        My 2nd appeal was revoked with answer:

        My 2nd appeal was not only message like "hi ea, please revoke my ban bla bla bla". I have prepared around 10k lenght message which i had to attach as txt file to the case(there is 5k lenght limitation). Anyway... In the message i delivered a lot of stuff about my PC spec's and settings like: installed applications with details when it was done and from what package, application and system logs, logs from my ESET, Nvidia Experiance Overlay settings. I have also mentioned all changes i have done with my PC in last few weeks like Installing Windows 11 PRO, changing GPU... Pointed all errors which i get after i made those changes in my PC.

        I just wanted to be sure i have done everything to get unbaned because im 200% sure that i didnt do anything i wrong way.

        Do you know what is frustrating me? That im banned but i can not get any details of it...

        In this topic you can find interesting information that we can get any kind of reason of banned account. I have downloaded JSON file about my account and i found information there:

        Nothing special? Most of people can find interesting information in the last u003dnull(null) section. For example source :

        Isn't it interesting that my account doesn't have such a flag and yet i'm banned for cheating? ...

        I am totally exhausted and embarrassed. I spend few hours to prepare a serious message after which I got pissed on by EA...


        I was assembling the computer especially for this premiere, I bought the ULTIMATE version ...

        I am not going to appeal a third time. I have no nerves, strength and time for it.

        The computer is up for sale, and maybe one day I will thank EA for changing my priorities in my life.

      Im a bf 3 & 4 fan. Been exicted for this game and hyped. Brought ultimate edition 100euro and all, played all the way to lvl 95. I got suddenly banned false ban. I have no idea why and the reason. I been playing other games like highly comp valorant for over 2years immortal player thier vanguard anticheat found nothing. I looked up, other people mention Icue.. yes I have icue.. but wtf. All my respect is lost for dice and EA now. Im so mad, and I feel so scammed.!
