I just got a false positive banned from BF2042 this morning, while I was not even home... how is this even possible? I guess its rip my ultimate edition. I believe another user @Gryphonv got the sa...
My 2nd appeal was not only message like "hi ea, please revoke my ban bla bla bla". I have prepared around 10k lenght message which i had to attach as txt file to the case(there is 5k lenght limitation). Anyway... In the message i delivered a lot of stuff about my PC spec's and settings like: installed applications with details when it was done and from what package, application and system logs, logs from my ESET, Nvidia Experiance Overlay settings. I have also mentioned all changes i have done with my PC in last few weeks like Installing Windows 11 PRO, changing GPU... Pointed all errors which i get after i made those changes in my PC.
I just wanted to be sure i have done everything to get unbaned because im 200% sure that i didnt do anything i wrong way.
Do you know what is frustrating me? That im banned but i can not get any details of it...
In this topic you can find interesting information that we can get any kind of reason of banned account. I have downloaded JSON file about my account and i found information there:
}"
Nothing special? Most of people can find interesting information in the last u003dnull(null) section. For example source :
You seem sincere. EA should probably take a 3rd look at your case without you needing to request it. Since it's so early on with EAC implemented with Frostbite I wouldn't be surprised if they un-ban your account at some point.
Do everything you can to get a refund.
You certainly aren't missing out on a great game. I have like 26 hours played and literally have no interest in playing again. It's terrible.
This, I'm actually glad I got the ban during early access which made me ask for a refund instead of fighting the ban further, the game isn't worth both my time and that much money in its current state.
I use iCue and many other applications, and I've never been banned from any EAC enabled games.
Have you thought maybe you should not use cheat software? EAC warden just needs to detect it once, and the ban is usually within 24 hours? but who knows right?
EAC is a massive failure and false positives will only increase as more companys churn out their own third party software. EAC tried to ban me from apex for using gigabytes own RGB programme, regardless of wether that programme is used to inject hacks or not i used it in good faith from a global company. I dont know why games dont just warn you before startup of any programmes it considers dodgy, or better just close ANY third party programmes it doesnt like, that way anyone caught cheating afterwards CAN only BE cheating, there would be no possibility of false positives.
It will be too late. Im IT guy i dont like something between 0 and 1 or between black and white.
I refunded 1h after i get ban. 🙂
You're right. I know the game is in bad shape but from what I can remember the BF 4 also had problems in the beginning and from a time perspective it is one of the best.
You know what? I remembered my other plan that I wanted to implement. It sounded like this: - create a new account - I'm buying the basic version of the game - I play
After a month of playing, I report this fact to EA and ask for unblocking the main account ... But... 1. I don't know what triggered the ban. 2. I don't waste my time 3. I feel sorry for the money 4. I just lost my desire to play any games ...
