So I was banned for cheating within the first 15 hours of early access going live on November 12 well streaming live on Twitch.
Below is the exact report that I sent to EA Help to appeal my ban, which they chose to uphold on November 17.

I can provide definitive proof with clips and vods from my twitch that I am not, nor I ever was cheating in any way. I have every single hour I played on Battlefield 2042 documented and recorded live on my twitch below.

This proves that along with my entire recorded game play of Battlefield 2042 that I could not use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
Use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account, or use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
On top of all of this proof I have 175 hours played on Apex Legends and have been playing Apex consistently live on my twitch over the last 2 months with 0 issues whatsoever,
which is another EA game that uses the exact same anti-cheat software as Battlefield 2042. I also had over 20 hours played during the Battlefield 2042 Beta with 0 issues whatsoever.
Hopefully this amount of proof will justify that I was wrongfully banned and will result in my account being unsuspended immediately.

As a small content creator I even went to the extent of making a YouTube video that has over 70 comments of other Battlefield players being wrongfully banned or having a similar issue.
I also reached out to multiple community managers on Twitter about my issue asking to them to DM me so that I could provide more detail to them about the issue. Its been 6 days with no response.
Basically I'm just at the point where I don't know what to do. I know that I'm 100% not cheating in any way, every hour I spent on the game was documented live, the EA Terms of Service Team wont even bother to read the report I sent them, and none of the community managers have bothered to get back to me.
So if you guys have any suggestions or recommendation on next steps that would be very much appreciated. I just want to play the game...
Did you buy it on steam ? if so since you weren't able to play since before the release of the game you can get a refund.
I was also banned, the Sunday of the early access after what looked like a game crash, the first reason they gave me after my first appeal was funny though:
"We have confirmed that your account was involved in FUT Coin distribution. Coin distribution is against our rules. Because of this, we will not remove the restrictions on your FIFA Account." This is the reply I got, about a restriction on my BF 2042 account...
I don't own Fifa, and the last Fifa I played in my life was Fifa 98 back when I was 9 yo on PS one ah ah and god I hate football in general. Still after 2 more appeals They maintained the ban and said they won't reply to any of my appeal anymore. I have no time to waste in my life so I got a refund instead of trying to fight it further. Funny thing is now I'm plating a lot of hunt: showdown again which is also EAC protected but I'm not getting any trouble and as you are saying you played Apex without issue before and recently so I don't think any of us were flagged by EAC.
But given the state of the Early access and all the server side issues, I wouldn't be surprised that the ban was generated server side.
Those who got their ban lifted in this thread are those whom the ticket has been handled by another service than the TOS service (I think it's cybersecurity related which in big corpos usually isn't handled by high value centers but either by a dedicated BU or directly by corpo) they had the luck to have their account flagged as compromised in the previous months and despite having taken the appropriate mesures to secure their account after the notification they got a few months ago, they still got their ban lifted, which is probably a big flaw because it means that any cheater can make their account flagged as compromised, cheat and get their account back in the case they get banned.
This sh*t is making me laugh at how bad a 40B company is at everything they do. If the company I'm working for would be that bad with their clients, RIP me I'd end up sealed in a barrel sinking at the bottom of the red sea xd.
...also got banned today after playing for some weeks, without any details what kind of Cheat software I should have used (which I definitely didn't).
I always said (even in abuse reports for BF1 and BFV) that I won't buy BF2042 if it doesn't contain a working anti-cheat solution.
I bought it when they announced to use Easy-Anticheat, and I get banned now.
Somehow ironic, but I'm just completely pissed now.

I just hope you won't be affected with false positives yourself sometime (I know what I did and what I did not).
But would do I expect, why should Anticheat work when the rest of the game doesn't..?
