Yeah well i got banned as wel even wile i don't even play the game. EA wont help me and telling me the actions are justified.
I have played battlefield 2042 in the weekend after launch and found the game terrible, this due to not being able to shoot / hit the enemy's hit reg not feeling right etc.. Only to later find out that those servers where I couldn't do damage to the other team where XP farming servers.
Its not my fault that 9 out of 10 servers in portal showed a name of "Portal Server #12314" or whatever. How was I supposed to know that these where "XP Farming servers"?
I played the last time on 17th of November and played the whole game for less than 1 hour.
Now last Friday 3th of December I received a e-mail that I have been permanently banned because I cheated on the game. LMAO. And no, my account was not hacked or stolen. I also have 2FA on my account so no-one but me was able to login to this account.
How does this work? I don't play the game, I refunded it and I receive a permanent ban on the game, I file a report at EA about this and they telling me appropriate actions have been taken to my account because I cheated.
I really don't understand how they made the decision on me cheating and banning I'd like to understand why/how.
