@Nutcrusherr Pretty sure theres a section in icue for macros. These people are probably using those and getting banned lol i have used icue and razer synapse since bf5 beta and never had issues.

@rnm106784989 Well if they use macros its a well deserved ban imo. You can basically make a semi auto rifle auto with macros, or make an auto rifle doing burst fire, if i remember correctly.
I bet when we put the disputes in the ToS Team reviewed the gameplay and saw red boxes around vehicles (soflam) and noticed with could see people through walls (specialist ability). Devs must've forgot to mention to them that those are added features in the game...
- @Nutcrusherr I think a well deserved ban also deserves a well described reason for the ban. People should atleast be given a chance to correct whatever might have, unintentionally, caused it and not have to get into this guessing game.
If EA/DICE found obvious cheat software like EngineOwning and such, fine, just state "Cheat software found". They don't have to be much more detailed than that about it.@indi81

Cheat software found, Bot Farming, Suspicious ping/connection activity.
Just SOMETHING, so we have an idea of what the issue was. That way we can provide more detailed information for the dispute.
I am 100% on board with anyone who is intentionally abusing game mechanics in an exploit, using cheat software, lag-switching etc to be banned for good.
I have no issue with people who cheat being punished for it.
I DO have an issue with innocent people, who have not done anything intentionally wrong, being PERMA banned, give them a week ban, a month even, but explain what got them flagged so they can make sure they don't unintentionally repeat it..
If they repeat it, or seem to use a different exploit after that, then ban them for good as well.

And please, EVERYONE responding in this thread, have something constructive to add. Don't just post in here with the intention of saying 'boo-hoo cheater got banned'. That is not constructive to the topic discussion.
Either help us try to work out where the mistake in the banning system is, or just go post in other threads and leave this one to the people who are genuinely trying to help.- @indi81 Why would you tell cheat providers their hacks have been detected lol…
