False positive bans

Keep trying. I got banned thurday and today, they unbanned me. The first ticket To ToS attempted was a failure (they refused) but i did a other one and it works !! Try to be very precised on what you have seen.

Unfortunately, if I remember correctly, you said your account had been compromised and someone else had been using it as you had noticed changes to your level and friends list.
For most of us, we haven't seen anything, we have just suddenly received bans, and been told at every turn they believe they did the right thing banning the accounts.
Even when questioned and asked, by US, to look into unexpected/suspicious logins/attempts , we were still turned away and told they feel they were in the right to ban the accounts.
Hopefully anyone else that did manage to see such activity can show evidence within their first/second appeal. For the rest of us, as we have already asked them more than 3 times to look into it, they refuse to look any further.
