@LALR_Parserjust showed my that thread because I just opened one a few minutes ago about this exact same topic: "I got banned"
I just sent them a GDPR Subject Access Request. Do you know if that will do anything?
The answer I got from that regarding my Subject Access Request was: "We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."
Just some automated crap...
@gr00bar I've been simply asking the help advisor on how do I get a refund? Or go about getting a refund? And they've simply been replying with the generic response of "we're not reversing our decision" I'm not asking about your decision... I'm asking about a refund
