You’re not going to get anything but a basic generic response from EA and EAC if they are smart about it. The people that code cheats can use that specific info to patch their crapwarez and keep it undetected. These pay to play sellers encourage their users to make public posts that point the finger back at anti-cheat software to claim false positives. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue are what these sellers have at stake and they will do everything in their power to keep the cash flowing in. EA should use the CFAA to go after anyone that interferes with their on-line services for “exceeding authorized access”.
