I got this
after finally jumping on after work and for the holidays after haven't played the game since the 19th of December... what the hell did i do? last game i played was 64-man breakthrough and not once was I warned or given anything to result to this I am a level 68-70. what is going on?

And I know this is a bs because I stream this game and play with my friends if there is a stat tracker for this game I know for a fact I am not a cheater, without a reasonable doubt, with that amount of proof.
Ive sent a ticket as well and I hope this is gets resolved. Just another victim of a supposed false positive ban wave.
@MissDemonicTV Sad to say but welcome to the club. I had almost 200 hours of playtime most of which I streamed to my small community. MANY hours of video footage can still be found but since the judgement and authority is governed by a non-human, algorithm based program, none of the proof we may have is viable. Filed 2 tickets and both returned with bot-generated emails so best I can do is wait I guess.

But let's take this time to realize HOW GOOD a Human can do their job and not an automated bot on subjects that matter. Subjects like tens of thousands of dollars the honest paying customer spent on the game just to get banned doesn't really matter to put enough manpower behind fixing it I guess.1. No most of the time I just say GG and/or I give commands like we need AA or revive people please. In portal I usually help with survivors on a custom community mode infected.
