False positive bans

Yesterday i got an mail saying that i am banned because of cheating in Battlefield 2042. I have NOT ever used an cheat for any game my entire life and here i am being

banned for cheating !?!? wtf EA whats going on??. i got an list of reasons that could be the reason being banned as listed below

We define cheating as:
• using specialized software to gain an unfair advantage, such as “aimbots” or “triggerbots.”
• using software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• using unsupported mods, unauthorized hardware or accessories.
• intentionally “boosting” or “teamkilling.”
• using exploits to gain in-game items.

i have used these programs for years and havent been banned for it

I have not used any mods or cheats. The only thing i find in the list is what you guys call it Boosting

ive playing breakthrough with AI bots to learn how to fly the helicopters so i dont need to learn on multiplayers

cause that can upset alot of ppl when your not good enough. i have also tried out the guns to see how effective they are

but to get banned bacause you use a mode that i allowed in the game i dont understand. Why do you even have the mode 

then ??? if your not allowed to use it. I mean just turn off so you dont gain any xp when you play agains bots then ffs

i dont care about unlocking my parts for my weapons or vehicles that not the reason i have choose to use that mode.

i have played several hours online multiplayers and have gained my parts and levels and XP that way. I have also

payed alot of money to get this Gold edition why would i choose to use hacks or cheats on purpose it doesnt make

sense. I have reported this to EA but havent gotten a respons more than that they have recieved my matter. 

Im a old guy 46 years old. i have bought and played battlefield sinse the 1942 and every single game after that and 

have never been banned before. im very disapointed at you guys you must be able to do a better job than this to get 

the real cheaters this is not acceptable i will go further with this to higher grounds if you dont fix this.

The reason im writing in here is to get other ppls attentions so they will know how stupid this ban is. im so pissed right now.

i was looking forward for this free weekend to spend some time with my friends and play battlefield and now this.

no point of writing anymore cause i can feel my temperature rising just thinking about how my whole weekend was destroyed

because of this.
