@dabbitydabdab At first a tech representative will answer you on that, providing you with links and procedures where you can find what data online about you. This includes also the link to the json-file.
I then told them that this isn't all data about me as my account was banned for "so called" cheating without giving me a concrete reason or explanation what I've done in their eye....
Accusations must be based on Data from EAC. I've requested this specific data involved in the whole process. Also this data is for sure not only used by EA internally. EAC is an API from Epic and regarding the EAC Dev-documentation this data is processed on specific EAC-servers which are operated by EAC (EPIC). I assume that these servers are not based in the same country as the EA-Game-Servers. So they've given out Data from me to a 3rd party, most likely a 3rd party operating outside of Europe. If that is the case than they've to inform you also about all data which was processed on not their own systems.
Just ask them about the specific data which was involved in your ban.
At least you get a direct communication with a real representative, not sending out Bot-eMails, whom you can explain your case and concerns. Also this is a representative from their Data Security Team and not some low level tech support representative based in india who only knows about copy & paste. They've to take it serious and will follow up.
