@dabbitydabdab It's a real shame that the US doesn't have something like the gdpr. We have the freedom of information act but it's pretty much useless when it comes to things like this which is kind of sad and pathetic.
I've talked to phone support again this morning just a little while ago and they're going to try yet again to have them look at my case but I'm not holding my breath because it's seems like it's pretty much a pointless endeavor.
I'm planning on doing my charge back today with the bank but I'm hoping I can stay up long enough so that EA's corporate offices in redwood California will open and that maybe I can get through to somebody or anybody that'll listen to me. Again I'm not going to hold my breath.

If a US-based website collects and processes personal data on individuals inside the EU, they are required to comply with the GDPR.
