In my email, I see all kinds of accolades for my contributions to Answers HQ. Then I see repeated requests daily to fill out a survey for my experience with EA Help. I filled it out with this. I'm done. I can only hope that they stop acquiring studios and games to destroy them.
"I've inquired as to how I've violated the TOS because all you will provide is a link to the TOS when I dispute it. You will not tell me due to "internal procedures". If hacking has occurred on my account, then it was compromised and it should be easy for you to tell since I've only ever connected from one ISP. Your TOS is so vague though, maybe I offended someone by calling them a * in game or something, because depending on the ticket reviewer that could be considered toxic chat... In a game where you simulate putting bullets in each other.
I was one of few who really enjoyed 2042 and was happy to wait on the numerous bugs to get worked out. I tried to get people to give it a shot. After over 250 hours of play, this is how I'm treated in return. I will never purchase or recommend another EA game at this point. I can't imagine that will change. A large amount of the community feels the same way. You've increasingly alienated your player base and likely many of your employees. From micro-transactions in games, especially where it doesn't fit, to failing to deliver on promises.
I've learned to stomach lowering expectations between game releases for quite a while with EA. This is the bottom for me. More than 30 years ago, your name started appearing on screens in my home, playing Skate or Die with my older brother. It's truly sad what you have become."
