False positive bans

Hi,

I got banned from playing Battlefield 2042 because of cheating. I never cheated in a multiplayer game in my whole life. This is a false-positive and not true. EA support still refuses to stop the sanctions against my account and still say I've cheated. Also they do not provide logs or any information, which could help to investigate further in this case and why the false-positive was triggered. There is no will for cooperation on EA side and I feel completely lost.

Edit:
I guess the false-positive was triggered from my headset driver, since I read that Corsair also triggered false-positives in prior Battlefields. But this is just an assumption.
