Not me.
I do run Teamspeak, use an Astro A50 wireless headset, have RGB Corsair Keyboard, use an MMO mouse that (as standard) has programmable keys and DPI switches (great for accessibility reasons).
I have a usb hub linking my joystick and throttle, steering wheel and pedals as well as my PS4 controller, but these are never turned on unless the game I'm playing needs one of them.
There are just too many possibilities for what MAY have been the cause, hopefully peoples Data requests might shed some light, and I just hope we can figure this out.
