False positive bans

I've read through every page of this thread over the week curiously after I was banned on the 4th Jan, game was bought New Year's day. Anger after two failed disputes and now apathy.
I was fortunate to buy the game through an official third-party and took use of the 14-day refund period in the EU.
I laugh at "My Ban History" now, exactly how I did when I received the nonsensical email stating my unjustified ban. Every time I open that page and see "BATTLEFIELD_2042 / Ban / Active" I will proudly remember this farce as to why I will never buy a future game in this franchise again.
I do hope for the few who have been banned, you get your justice in time, if you're still around...
