Are you sure about it ? I'm not. That was the only thing I might have done wrong before I got permanently banned... As we were banned in waves I don't think it was an EAC triggered ban for cheating as EAC is banning under normal circumstances instantly...

And read through the Mails everyone received: 

Use exploits, cheats, undocumented features, design errors, bugs or problems to get a leg up on others.

• This includes using unsupported mods, unauthorized hardware or accessories, or specialized software to gain an unfair advantage, such as “aimbots” or “triggerbots,” intentionally “boosting” or “teamkilling,” or using exploits to gain in-game items. 

So climbing on objects and killing zombies not following you and bringing weapons/gadgets to T1 by doing so is clearly cheating regarding EA's Positive Play Charta.... called "INTENTIONALLY BOOSTING" and also "USING EXPLOITS TO GAIN IN-GAME ITEMS".  And even Dice have "overseen" the possibility to get this kind of advantage by climbing on top of containers it's still exploiting... especially if lot of ppl claiming that they've used it to bring their weapons and gadget to T1 and will continue to do so... (at that time the mode was still in the game)...

Literally everyone I know who play the game have farmed multiple 1000's of kills on that rooftop on Kaleidoscope, and no one has been banned.

All the banned players are PC users (Not a single report from a console user). That should tell you that the likelyhood of Kaleidoscope beeing the reason for any bans is basically zero.

You miight have had some software running that the anti-cheat for what ever reason flagged as cheating software, or who knows what could be the cause.


If it was kaleidoscope though, we would have seen console users in here reporting bans and not just PC users.

 Now its one month later.... I never get all my data cause EA tells me the little JSON is everything they have and there is nothing about a BAN Reason. i contacted now the EU consumer center and they help me... Lets see what i can get.

Not 100% sure but consoles don't utilize EAC or any sort of anticheat. I believe console bans are manually looked at after x amount of reports and the users whole account is banned so they lose their entire xbox or playstation account/games etc. Devices like the Cronus Zen(check this out xD) are undetectable and used across many highly competitive titles like Rainbow Six Siege on console for years and nobody gets banned.

Every time I see the ignorant console only player reply of "CHEATERS ARE PC ONLY." Just cringe to be so uneducated in 2022, you and I have the same access to google.com :P

Console hackers are rampant you just can't prove it because they are HARDWARE level undetectable LOL.

There looks like there might be movement on this topic in the coming weeks. TBH if EA admit to their false bans I legit want a refund, or some sort of insane compensation in the form of crap in game i guess.

I think you misunderstood what we were talking about.

We were talking about an exploit on Kaleidoscope that a lot of people think is the reason they got banned. The exploit has been widely used on both PC and Console though, and what I was saying is that if that exploit was really the reason for any bans, we would have seen console players getting banned to, and not just PC players 

@BizzyVaping100% I don't for a second believe anyone got banned for farming bots. If you used an exploit(don't know if it was) present on all platforms EA would have a far bigger crap storm then the current false ban issue.

I have no clue what the farming method is as I have never used portal or whatever mode let's you farm bots. The issue is due to EA's massive lack of communication and the ever growing number of false bans people are grasping at straws to justify EA's actions.

If a player is banned, especially on such an expensive game, the SPECIFIC ban reason should be in that communication of the ban, in giving the reason if the player was false banned they can now peruse action to clear their name, if the cheater gets caught for say aimbot and you say that you caught them for aimbot, how is that helping cheat makers? The person was cheating and got banned so obviously its because of the cheat xD. I don't think a single person here has asked EA the METHOD in which they caught them in the first dispute at least, but every bot response seems to think that is the question.

EA seem to apply the logic "WELL THE CHEATERS SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY DID WE TOTALLY CAUGHT YOU LOL"

It was a spot at the last objective on Breakthrough/Kaleidoscope in SOLO/COOP mode. If you crouched down behind some ventilation pipes the AI wouldn't be able to see you/wouldn't shoot at you, meaning you could get upwards of 400+ kills per round in that one spot and unlock all attachments for a gun in one round.

It has been patched a while ago though

The problem with telling a hacker/modder why he got banned is that If people on the hack suppliers sites start comparing notes (and they obviously will) then they can figure out which hacks are traceable and in the end figure out why/how they are traced.

The gaming companies don't want to give out any info that could help them make something undetectable.

What you people are talking about is not relevant at all..... it doesnt help anybody in this thread, the reasons are unknown and honestly all we want to do is get unbanned, I dont know which software got me banned or even what got me banned im not even the best of players like some of you would probably say the same about yourself and agree we have been banned unfairly, which is a huge problem even after a full month of me being banned and all the negative reviews about the game i still am passionate and want to play it, i am not looking for a refund nor will i buy this game again, I want my account unbanned just like the rest of you... and bickering on what caused this or what console and pc players differentiate between bans doesnt have any relevent information to get us unbanned. keep contacting any person you can, im waiting on my reply from ecc of switzerland he said only yesterday morning he will contact EA hopefully I get unbanned, I suggest you all show the same passion and not give up.

The fact that there's no banned console players seems like pretty clear evidence that none of the bans were for XP farming.

It is likely some third party software that is beeing flagged by the anti-cheat (Would also explain why its not happening on console)

They don't want to give cheaters too much info to compare as that could lead to them figuring out what hacks are detecable and how they are detected.

Sadly that policy will negatively effect people who were unfairly banned to as they can't get aswers either.

i don’t think that entirely correct. If the EAC banning integration is correctly working and picking cheats like aimbots and banning these cheaters, their entire subscribed user based would be banned and they would be complaining to the cheat makers. So they would know straight away their cheats are been detected.

I see no harm in at least giving banned users little

more info why they were banned. Was it for cheats, exploit or misconduct in chat. At least that way any falsely banned users at least have something to on and try and prove their innocent.

If I'd give a qualified guess almost everyone in this thread have been banned for false positives stating injection "tools". I highly doubt EA/DICE have any game automation/logic or manpower capacity to handle and evaluate farming or boosting at this point in time, or since launch. They dont even have capacity to check their support e-mail or handle the GDPR requests.

@BizzyVaping  I agree with you. Cheat developers are mostly reverse engineering professionals working in cybersecurity field (malware analysis etc). They do not need the help and feedback of their "clients".

Indeed. I had a conversation with an EA representative and she warned me that the processing of my SAR would take more than a month. They can't handle GDPR requests in time.
