I think you misunderstood what we were talking about.
We were talking about an exploit on Kaleidoscope that a lot of people think is the reason they got banned. The exploit has been widely used on both PC and Console though, and what I was saying is that if that exploit was really the reason for any bans, we would have seen console players getting banned to, and not just PC players
@BizzyVaping100% I don't for a second believe anyone got banned for farming bots. If you used an exploit(don't know if it was) present on all platforms EA would have a far bigger crap storm then the current false ban issue.
I have no clue what the farming method is as I have never used portal or whatever mode let's you farm bots. The issue is due to EA's massive lack of communication and the ever growing number of false bans people are grasping at straws to justify EA's actions.
If a player is banned, especially on such an expensive game, the SPECIFIC ban reason should be in that communication of the ban, in giving the reason if the player was false banned they can now peruse action to clear their name, if the cheater gets caught for say aimbot and you say that you caught them for aimbot, how is that helping cheat makers? The person was cheating and got banned so obviously its because of the cheat xD. I don't think a single person here has asked EA the METHOD in which they caught them in the first dispute at least, but every bot response seems to think that is the question.
EA seem to apply the logic "WELL THE CHEATERS SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY DID WE TOTALLY CAUGHT YOU LOL"

If you crouched down behind some ventilation pipes the AI wouldn't be able to see you/wouldn't shoot at you, meaning you could get upwards of 400+ kills per round in that one spot and unlock all attachments for a gun in one round.

The problem with telling a hacker/modder why he got banned is that If people on the hack suppliers sites start comparing notes (and they obviously will) then they can figure out which hacks are traceable and in the end figure out why/how they are traced.
The gaming companies don't want to give out any info that could help them make something undetectable.- @VandaLzA It used to happen all the time when ban waves come out……. as soon as members of cheat sites find out what they are banned for they go straight back to the cheat provider and tell them that the hacks are detected!

That is the one and only reason companies don't specify bans.
They don't want to give cheaters too much info to compare as that could lead to them figuring out what hacks are detecable and how they are detected.
Sadly that policy will negatively effect people who were unfairly banned to as they can't get aswers either.- @BizzyVaping Yeah, their system has more holes than a swiss cheese. My main account got banned on the 3rd december wave. Now I got more hours playd on my new acc, and no ban. And I havent changed a thing in my system. Still ghub is on, because I didnt bother to not make it start with my system. Maybe when they will see that the game is almost dead they will look in to how to get people back to the game and check those false ban allegations... I can see that there propably werent any more ban waves after 3rd december, just random bans because there is less and less new people comming around to this thread. So maybe they fixed their sh**, but they could also look back on us.

The little info they would get from EA confirming that a user have been banned from aimbot software, or injection tools, what difference do you actually think it would make? 100% sure they already know that before the ban.

That will make the cheaters (and the cheat providers) flood the game instantly as they can continue creating new free accounts after every ban? Warzones biggest issue as of today. And to add, I'm personally lucky to know EA's reason to ban me, but there is alot of people here struggling and speculating around the five given possible causes from the e-mail.
If I'd give a qualified guess almost everyone in this thread have been banned for false positives stating injection "tools". I highly doubt EA/DICE have any game automation/logic or manpower capacity to handle and evaluate farming or boosting at this point in time, or since launch. They dont even have capacity to check their support e-mail or handle the GDPR requests.

They do not need the help and feedback of their "clients".

I had a conversation with an EA representative and she warned me that the processing of my SAR would take more than a month. They can't handle GDPR requests in time.
Once caught, a paying cheat customer will not investigate the reason behind the ban to help the cheat developer. He will instead spread the following words: "This cheat developer is cr** and his cheats are cr**. Do not buy from him" you know ?.

I'll never be able to get over being banned on my birthday as a very small streamer & content creator for BF2042 ALONE.

If you don’t think it’s actively encouraged to report back to the sites with info detailing their ban your either naive or incredibly stupid!

@emerson1975 your logic is flawed. If the anti cheat is working properly as it should according to you, then it will ban all the cheaters and the cheat makers would be aware of it straight away because all the subscribers of these cheats will be complaining to the cheat makers.
Maybe it's a solution on the way to your misery if now BF204 becomes free to play, then maybe they also choose to release bans to customers who paid for the game. If not, everyone can create as many accounts as they like, for free.
850,000+ Warzone accounts banned to date. I’m sure a few of them may have been false positives but the majority of them were not. With that said…
Although we don’t know the exact number of banned players here in Battlefield at this time, I’m sure the ratio of illegitimate players to legitimate players is similar if not greater than the Warzone numbers since the Battlefield franchise has never truly had a fully working anti-cheat. EAC is still nowhere near perfect by any means, but at least EA is now taking small steps in the right direction with their ban stance on cheating and Toxic player behavior in games.
By Toxic behavior I don’t mean someone doing a friendly T-bag opponent grudge corpse taunt in game. I mean one or more players intentionally interfering with another user for no other purpose than to grief, ruin gameplay, make the game unplayable, interrupt the game and make it unenjoyable for others. Here’s just a few examples of Toxic behavior (software cheat users are a completely different story) that I've encountered in game. It's done repetitively by the same group of players match after match...-Spawning your teams’ vehicles and handing them off to friends on the enemy team.
-Stealing vehicles and then driving them out of bounds with teammates inside just for griefing purposes.
-Stealing vehicles that are defending control points and driving them off so friends on the enemy team can take the point without resistance.
-Spawning vehicles in the start zone and just sit there, keeping them unavailable for your team to use during the match.
-Use vehicles to push and hold another teammates vehicle out of bounds until they time out and die.
-Purposely flipping teammates vehicles by ramming them with your own to grief your teammates and kill them.
-Purposely deploying fixed items for no other purpose than to block your own team’s advancement.
-Purposely and repetitively using your body, vehicles, or deployable objects to block shots made by your teammate’s gunfire towards enemy players.
-Purposely standing on top of or next to a teammate’s location or vehicle shooting at nothing or shooting in the direction of enemy aircraft as tracer fire for your enemy friends to see and grief kill your teammates.
-Placing explosives all over a teammates vehicle that you're not riding in and when it is hit once by your friends on the opposite team the vehicle will explode in one shot.
