False positive bans
I just got a false positive banned from BF2042 this morning, while I was not even home... how is this even possible? I guess its rip my ultimate edition. I believe another user @Gryphonv got the sa...
An update on my side.
I sent in my GDPR/SAR a week ago now, EA support have since emailed me more than 5 times, here is a rundown of the content in those emails.
"My name is Nidhi, I hope you are doing well.
I will be assist you today with your concern. After reviewing your email, I came to know that the concern is regarding request your data. Please be assured I will provide you all the relevant information about the same.
Kindly provide with the below details to verify the ownership of your account :
1) IP address (network where you play on). You can find it on this website https://whatismyipaddress.com/ . Look for the IPv4 (Where you play regularly):

// I replied and asked why I needed to contact Live Chat after sending all the information they had requested, and sent back 2 verification codes. And reminded them that they only have 30 days from the time of receiving the request. I also told them that if they legally need some specific information from me to continue the request to let me know in the next correspondence EXACTLY what information they required. //

This is the THIRD time now that I have been asked to send back one of these codes.
Here is todays, ******, I don't get why I need to keep confirming who I am every time someone contacts me.
I think at this point it should be pretty clear that, after I sent back all of the information I have been asked for as well as THREE of these confirmation codes, that I am the account holder. //
So right now I am awaiting their next response.
I honestly don't think they have any idea what is going on.
I just keep getting passed from one 'Advisor' to another each day or two.
