False positive bans
I just got a false positive banned from BF2042 this morning, while I was not even home... how is this even possible? I guess its rip my ultimate edition. I believe another user @Gryphonv got the sa...
@LALR_ParserEven if they're having some HQ in the Switzerland they also have branch offices in Germany and the UK. Also the DICE HQ is in Sweden... so maybe it might be worth to ask the ECC to assist in these countries... I for my part have still my running GDPR request. Not that many days left till they've to deliver. And also opened 2 cases with our local consumer protection organisations. The one responsible for the state I'm living in and the other in the state EA has it's german offices in. Might also give the ECC a try as they're also represented with a contact in Germany. But maybe it might be a better idea to contact the regulation centre of the european union as the ECC is an independent organisation. Just found https://ec.europa.eu/ which is an official site provided by the european government.
Edit: Can't you just use ECC for filling your complaint to EA Germany ? This office houses a number of different business groups, including Publishing, EA Mobile, Development Services and corporate functions such as Finance, Technology and HR.
I see after being banned for pretty much a solid month from the forums... nothing has changed in here. And Tom Henderson is as useless as EA. Glad I got my money back and Steam only banned me for a month and banned my credit card for doing the Dispute of Charges. I thought I was going to lose my entire account but seems if I do it a 2nd time... then loss of account is possible.
Meanwhile my platoon leader, encounter today one known cheater from BFV in BF2042 and that one is still playing freely. He remembered my leader so he killed him through the wall and tbagged in the killcam.
Ofc we all reported him.
This EAC is probably only catching cheap cheaters or innocent people.
