Farming simulator 22 more popular than Battlefield
What does it say that a game that involves farming,driving vehicles endlessly and throwing potatoes has less players this weekend than Farming simulator 22.

Actually, I do not really wonder about that. The developers of Farming Simulator understand their target group and their needs at least. In comparision to that DICE is completely out of touch with their community moving the franchise in a false direction. Moreover I could play Farming Simulator with my friends at least. Honestly, I would rather purchase Farming Simulator 2022 at this point instead of Battlefield 2042.
I used to love the Battlefield franchise, but they did not appreciate their core community and messed up big time. The talent has left DICE and the love is also gone.
To be fair, there's probably more people playing Battlefield than Farming Simulator 22 on Origin.

I don't know what to say as that this is bad journalism per excellence, here in Germany we have the nearly same news (which some words and parts changed…)
Nothing more than lurid headline for the clicks with jumping on the bandwagon
It seems it was prepared by a news agency or something like this
Look around there are many pages with nearly the same news
They are also mentioning that Farming Simulator 22 is a steam only game and BF2042 is not..... but from origin they don't know even the numbers...
I ask you how can you compare something where you even don't know the full numbers ? right you can't in my opionion, so this isn't serious journalism for me...
This year it is BF2042 and last year it was CP2077 (which was a good game on PC imho)
bad and controversy news makes more clicks than good news and good games, good games are mentioned once maybe twice bad games for weeks…
I think you should sometimes question things more before do copy and paste

Everyone knows that PC battlefield numbers have been low for years.
The majority of the playerbase is on consoles.
Give us some online numbers for console and then we can talk about it.
