Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchasing experience I had with one of your games. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the price and the additional payment requests I received after purchasing the game.

On [date of purchase], I purchased the game battfield 2042through your online platform, investing a total of 80 pounds. At that time, I understood that this was a fair price in line with the value the game offered. However, to my surprise, shortly after completing the purchase and starting to enjoy the game, I received notifications and messages requesting additional payments to access extra content or unlock essential features of the game.

I consider this practice to be extremely disappointing and dishonest. I was not informed in advance that the purchase price would only include a fraction of the available content or that I would have to pay more to obtain a complete experience. This not only undermines consumer trust but also creates a sense of unfairness and exploitation.

I understand that many gaming companies implement additional business models such as microtransactions or in-game purchases to generate additional revenue. However, I believe that this strategy should be transparently and clearly communicated before the initial purchase is made. In my case, this information was not provided, and I feel deceived.

I, therefore, request that this situation be appropriately addressed. I hope that a review of the current business model will be conducted, and measures will be taken to ensure greater transparency regarding the additional costs associated with the game. Furthermore, I would like to receive fair compensation for the negative experience I have had, either through a partial refund of the amount invested or by being granted free and full access to all additional game content.

As a loyal and passionate gamer, I believe it is crucial for companies like yours to be accountable and ethical in their business practices. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and work towards rectifying the situation.

  • @rialdu1975 You don't have to pay for essential gameplay.

    The only thing you can buy with real money are skins.

    Everything else is obtained through assignments or general progression.

    It sounds like they were unaware of the differences between free and premium battlepass tiers.
