Playing Redacted and faction colors are worse than ever. And stop copying CoD and bring back regular factions like in BF1 and BF5. And the mechanics are still * and the hero shooter crap is still in the game.And btw all these flying grenades and missiles that are like magnets... get rid of that crop. It doesn't belong in the game. Wtf have you all been doing really. You sure as hell haven't listened to the community that's for bloody sure.🤡🤡🤡

Oh, the days when the enemy had a different uniform, and you could see them and knew who they were. Old Battlefield where have you gone?

@ElliotLH Keep in mind that we can change those colours too. I went with magenta for enemy, and real for friendlies. It helped a bit.The issue with the glow sticks is that bots don’t get them, so they’re amphorus blobs of ill defined shape in most lighting conditions. It’s still hard to see enemy even with the lights.

@AnobixEven with 'glow-sticks' the colors are awful, on some parts of the maps, enemies are more or less invisible.The game also has some issues with people hiding in buildings, while it perhaps looks 'realistic', it is just not fun gameplay.Fundamentally, having to introduce 'glow-sticks' on enemies, shows that you are doing something wrong...

@m8v8io6ojhup The character models were so impossible to see they added the freaking glow sticks to compensate rather then work on better contrast. Pathetic.

@ATFGunr glow stick? You mean the class icon above the characters head that's impossible to see most of the time in certain environments?

@ATFGunr Yep, I remembered after posting and was too lazy to add it. I'll change around the post now to clarify, thank you.

Not sure why, but I don't seem to usually struggle seeing the bots myself. However, that might just be because I can normally kill them most of them when they start firing if I don't see them (or they just miss and I run past them lol) whereas I can't usually do that against real people.

My TV is dying a slow and painful death but as much as I like to blame that for muted colours and low light, it's very hard for me to see anything in BF2042.

I like the glowsticks and stuff but when everyone has the same characters and camoflague works a little too well (cant believe I gotta complain about that), it makes for a very tiring experience

Hmm never thought of that.
I usually look for the icon above the head since that's where I always aim. But most of the time I find my self shooting at leafs, bushes and sticks.. basically anything that's not an enemy.

Oh, and by the way.
My friends also complained about not being able to see enemies compared to other bf games.
It's ridiculous that we're at season 6 and they still haven't got the core mechanics right.
