First encounter with broken Xbox aim assist?

First time I encountered a player that just beaming me and many others from from any range. Not particularly impressive stats on his page or doing amazing that round just felt like the game deciding I lost every fight against him simingly no chance, just one stat standing out on his page >30% HS on ARs, it just felt broken his TTK and faced many really experienced players with insane stats that could do similar but on PC ofc.

Can someone enlighten me if this is normal and just very uncommon or what?

    Aim assist snap actively avoids the head.

    Aim assist does not work beyond 100m.

    I suspect most of your outlier console players are using a KBM adapter to get the reduced recoil + aim assist slowdown while still using a mouse.  I suspect there's some PC players doing the same. Set the gun up for best possible H.Recoil control and use macros to zero out the V.Recoil.

    Your experience is more likely a result of this grey area cheating rather than over boosted aim assist.

    I wish DICE would take some steps to address this problem.  I'm not even sure they see this as a problem...several years back one of the Devs (jujuju?) responded to a topic on this very board where he took a very neutral stance on the issue above. I recall even one of the board moderators was defending the KBM adapters.
