There is a counter to it and his name is Rao. There is also a video here somewhere on how to counter the stealth heli.
I gave up on that Rao crap, when you hack them, it literally tells the pilot where you are, and they just come back and bomb you. There is no truly effective way to counter the stealth-helis with a half-decent pilot in it.
I have spent an entire round with 3 other guys on discord trying to down a stealth heli on Kaleidoscope Breakthrough with 2 Rao's and 2 Angels and could only manage to scare it up above hack and AA range, so it just hovered up there dropping bombs on the point with no way to stop it.

And that's just with the pilot, if they're upgraded to the 30mm and copilot it's much, much worse! So what was EA's response? Increase the cool down on the 30mm, ROTFL, what a joke! Do they even play the game? The developer's are so detached from the actual players, they probably laugh at there own jokes too.
@SolacoHow about you try to hide and at least use some game sense and look up for danger...
I don't fly a whole lot, but I thought that the stealth heli couldn't be locked onto when in stealth mode?
- @Chief2GFD They can't be locked on when they're in stealth mode unless they're hacked by Rao, which is a very short window to take down an incredibly fast and nimble vehicle
