There is a counter to it and his name is Rao. There is also a video here somewhere on how to counter the stealth heli.
@CantGetRightRao is at most an inconvenience to the pilot, after the hack he comes back and kills the rao while being completely immune to hacks.
As Long as flares gives magical immunity to lock-on while being hacked, air vehicles can safely fly away and wait for stealth/flare recharge.
The stealth heli needs a massive nerf plain and simple, and everyone who’s says otherwise is a pilot themself or cant comprehend basic game balance.
In Addition to the current state it makes the scout and attackchopper basically pointless, there is literally not one single reason to pick anything else than the stealth heli.
I suggested more than one time that flares should not recharge while being in stealth
