Found a temporary solution to no ADS after exiting vehicle
It is tied to certain weapons! On PS4 it is the AC42!!!’ Don’t use it and no problems. I will submit a bug report.

Nope, that's not the case.
I've had this happen with multiple different weapons.
My understanding is that this bug occurs when you exit a vehicle in motion and try to ADS while still sliding from the momentum of the vehicle.
I've been making sure my character model stops sliding completely before trying to ADS and haven't had an issue since using this method.

It's still an issue, and I think @Kaptyn027 found out how the bug is exactly triggered!
Thanks for the tip to wait until the slide animation ends!

- @AEIDOLONE Unfortunately it is true on PS4. If i don’t use the AC42 everything is fine. The whole game is even snappier. Again: on PS4 slim.
