Found a temporary solution to no ADS after exiting vehicle
It is tied to certain weapons! On PS4 it is the AC42!!!’ Don’t use it and no problems. I will submit a bug report.

@ElliotLH Not had this issue since the server maintenance, thought it was fixed. Used to get it every game not had it once since?
@SithMetal71 I'm afraid it's still happening. I ran in to it on Saturday when I was playing.
