Found a temporary solution to no ADS after exiting vehicle
It is tied to certain weapons! On PS4 it is the AC42!!!’ Don’t use it and no problems. I will submit a bug report.

It's still an issue, and I think @Kaptyn027 found out how the bug is exactly triggered!

@AEIDOLONE Unfortunately it is true on PS4. If i don’t use the AC42 everything is fine. The whole game is even snappier. Again: on PS4 slim.
