FXM-33 missile

I personally feel like your team is just not doing great if you can be farmed being that the EBAA wild cat is 3 hit along with the FXM, then there is the recoiles that will 2 hit the Condor/super hind. Then you are given the air assault as-well. If such is the case it wouldn’t be so hard to switch to an operator… that actually gets progress to mastery for missile kills 

FXM-33 has a range of ~350-400m.  The maps go near twice that high.  When a AA or soflam locks onto you, you simply fly up for 1-2 seconds and you're out of range.  You can also go behind trees and buildings and lose the lock.  It takes at least 2 of these to take down any heli.  If your locked on and hear the fire, you shoot flares and simply fly up or to the side until flare is back up.  FXM-33 has been taken care of.

If you're being hacked, you immediately fly up or to the side.  AA can't target you.  FXM-33 has been taken care of.

FXM-33 is not OP.  If anything it's under powered.  It needs greater range for the map sizes and speeds of the helicopters and jets.  Only time people are being killed by them is when the pilot is either bad, too cocky, or too low to the ground.

Lock-ons are a little messed up at the moment and it can take more than 2 rockets to down a bird in some instances - I personally believe their strength/ability is slightly underpowered but they are still a great deterrant for low-mid level pilots (the warning sounds they make cause so many people to panic).

Very rarely do I see people actually working together to down birds which is a shame

@BEANSxBOWLSAs both an infantry user and a pilot, I can say one thing about BF game and lock ons.
Counter measures allow a good pilot to ignore any lock ons from the ground as long as they take cover soon enough between their strafing runs.
It is always the same:
Charge in, use flares, take cover, wait, repeat.
Right now the really good heli pilots can even dodge completely the Air to Air lock on missiles without even flares, so one better not count on their Air to Air ordinance much.

what about the fact that you almost never see where the aa is fired from? or the fact that flares more often than not just delay the rocket, once flares are out the rocket auto-locks on you and for some reason always 1hk you? farming helis are waay easier than farming infantry w any heli except littlebird w rocket pods. no my man, the aa rockets are insanely overpowered, especially considering that due to the 128player setup of the game, there is waay more of these aa campers around maps. but i have an idea, lets make the rpg autolock on tanks, and tanks just takes 2 rockets to kill? that would surely make for som great gameplay. and require snipers to land 6 consecutive headshots out of a rifle with a 5 round mag. helis are only op when played by a skilled player, should they be punished for being good? i mean cmon, it takes 2 air to ground rockets to destroy one of those civilian pickup trucks scattered around maps, rockets that take some time to aquire lock with, and also suffer from a stupid hold period between launches. 

i have watched multiple times as i locked onto an air target with either FXM or wildcat, and watched my missiles not even fly at the target. did they pop flares? nope. even direct shots underneath them and still watched them fly in circles around them. there is a clear problem with them locking on properly and the actual time between launching flares and them actually working. but overall yes, they are to strong. a shoulder fired weapon should not be able to do that much damage. youre telling me that 2 AA can take out a chopper, but you cant spawn in with enough M5 to solo a tank? the only AA that should be able to 2 shot any helo or plane is the wildcat.
