Gadgets ammo replenish

Hi.

Having played Portal BC2 mostly till now I have a question;
Is it only me or doesnt the ammo box replenish ammo for underbarrel GL or RPGs etc? There's literally no way to get ammo back unless we die and respawn? This must be a bug right? It works for normal grenades and all other things so.

Also BC2 grenade vest doesnt seem to "double" the amount of underbarrel ammo either, its only 3. In BC2 back in the day it was 4 or 5 afaik.
