Gag order ?
Has everyone of the Staff/team at EA/Dice gotten a gag-ball ? One would think someone from EA/Dice could come with some replies for the fans prayers for legacy features. I feel we are in a echo-cha...
The company has officially made a statement(s) about the legacy features. I wouldn't expect CMs or others not authorized to release other details on the topic to say much more than already has been said. It's highly doubtful there has been any firm determination on where they will go with some of these requests regarding a traditional scoreboard, etc. Staff shouldn't speculate, leak inside information from meetings, etc. .....it's obvious what kind of problems that could cause if they did. They will wait until the company takes an official stance and / or are told otherwise.
Having said that, I do agree communication could be better. Seems to me that some headaches could be alleviated if they let folks know about some of the things that are for sure in the pipeline in regards to fixes, concerns, balancing, etc. rather than waiting until the last minute or being vague about it. The progression in Portal for example. They've been mum on the subject and then we saw XP being added back in but without weapon progression, etc. Then last week I spied a Tweet from Ripple Effect in response to a player regarding regression that they are "working on it". ....so it seems the change a week prior was just a stopgap although folks expected that might have been the final solution and were rightfully miffed. Now there is some hope.
I'll wager their main concern right now is fixing the existing, persistent issues and improving what's there in the game now. .....then I suspect legacy requests will become more of a focus as to what they will consider and what they won't. Who knows though.

@Kean_1111Yes! Alot could be calmed if they could just communicated that they aknowledge the vets/fans frustration, and just say they will at least discuss a solution. Players are dropping day by day. If they would communicate such, they might save some of the people thinking of leaving.
....but that's what we're saying. They already did in the Battlefield Briefing on Nov 23rd:
"We also want to give you the assurance that we’re carefully evaluating your desire to see legacy features return. End-of-match Scoreboard, Server Browser, and features like Voice Chat are big topics for us to cover all at once, and we have plenty we want to say around them. We’ll come back to you when we have things that we can show to you, including details about our long-term vision for certain features and functions. "
But, but, but were getting 4 new Specialists to play with. ☹️
