That's legit gameplay from when season 6 first released. DICE patched the CPU spike bug that was locking up everyone's PC but I thought maybe the bug came back.
Sounds like everyone's experiencing a new bug and it's affecting controller players this time as well. Welcome to the broken input lag club.
You'd think DICE would fix broken input since aiming is kind of important in a shooter game. I tried to report broken mouse input back in 2016 with a Battlefield 1 developer, but was told the input is fine and there's nothing to fix. Now we're in 2023 and still asking for the input to be fixed. I don't think DICE knows how to fix it.
