Game is a 10/10 ...
so far. Really is an amazing design. And the fun is back. I like the Specialists. I like the maps. I like the new vehicles. I like the gadgets. I like the 20 years into the future theme. .....

I've been complaining a lot about this game, but honestly, I love it!
Its a massive upgrade from BFV.
I've been playing since BFBC2 and I have to say, yes BFBC2, BF3 & BF4 are legendary.
But this game, is coming close to it. I can see myself playing regularly.
I love the bug fixes - server lag is gone and game feels proper now.
Only 3 major issues for me:
- Air vehicles are way too under powered or AA are extremely overpowered. Would love helicopters to be much faster as well like in BF3 & BF4.
- Scoreboard needs to be like how it has always been. Its a FPS game, I wanna compete in scoreboard and now, scoreboard seems so pointless
- Assault rifles need some love. The firepower of it needs to be much higher.
Other than this 3, I am loving this game. Vehicles are a big part of Battlefield, if they fix the vehicles, this game is easily 10/10 for me , along with BFBC2 & BF3 & BF4.
@GosBikerThis is basically my feel from the beta. No this isn't near 10/10, but its the easily the closest we've gotten to the now classic BF3 and BF4. And Portal seems like a real winner as far as longevity.
@Fringerunner is right. The issues I'm reading about and seeing are going to be frustrating as the new shine wears off the game and you get into the serious level grind. Server stability, weapon and vehicle balance way off, Specialists undercutting class teamwork, not being able to play with your friends, no platoon system, only 7 maps in the main game mode...in a couple of months all this stuff will be wearing at players big time.
ya this is a 5 or 4 at best, portal does save it some but not much just bc of the lack of maps and the new XP grind now
- @punishertrd Can you get XP in Portal any more or did they take that out?

@ArchAngeL-PCX - Think you're spot on but really hoping they address many of these items over the next month or so. I'm really enjoying the game but definitely a lot of polish. More importantly, they need to get the issues straightened out quickly as they really can't afford to delay on new content and the 1st season or they will lose the player base (i.e. BFV). I think there is the potential of a very good game here and I hope they don't let it go. That being said, my current rating is 5/10 with a potential of a 8/10 if they can get the major issues resolved in a timely fashion.
