Game is broken, can't play Casper or Recon

I've filed bug reports on ADSing with Casper after having exited a vehicle or drone but there's no fix so I can't play the game as it was intended to be played, thus, it's BROKEN.

Issue:
Whenever spawning on/exiting a vehicle or drone I can no longer Aim Down Sights with the SWS-10, G57, M5 Recoilless and AA Rockets (only weapons I play with). 
This means I am unable to defend myself whenever I exit a vehicle or leave the drone control. 
Most of the time I can't even get a hit indicator despite my bullets going into the enemy face or body, but they just come out in the back - meaning the bullets also go right through the enemy. 
This means I am basically a lamb being served for the slaughter and there's literally NOTHING I can do about it unless I willingly Redeploy, meaning, killing myself instead of letting an enemy do it. 

So to conclude, I can't ADS and I can't hit the enemies and I can't lock onto enemy vehicles either. 
The game is completely broken. How am I supposed to be able to get 8.000 spot or assists with Casper when I can't defend myself whenever an enemy gets close or if I have to relocate. 

This bug has been persistent since the first patch was released where we couldn't aim left or right unless we reset our controls and settings, which I did, twice. 

It's unfathomable to me how a patch that was supposed to fix bugs, introduced even more bugs that also are even more game breaking than the ones that were present at official release day. 
It's been at least 2 weeks now and nothing has changed. There's no news regarding these game breaking bugs, no response in the bug report forum and thus I am writing here to have the issue adressed since I really WANT to play the game, but I CAN'T. 


Therefore I would like to request an ETA on when this can be fixed so I can waste my time playing something else in the meantime, OR, I would like to request a refund since the game isn't playable and fixing these issues are taking too long, I am losing interest by every day and I feel cheated in paying for an unfinished product. 
Hence I think a refund to those of us that paid full price for something that is broken and unfinished, is a reasonable and valid request. 
An example; You go out to eat at a nice restauraunt and order a big steak with potatoes and salad, but the chef only serves you a potato and the salad. The main ingredient of the meal is missing but you are still asked to pay full price and enjoy your meal. Would you accept this? No, I don't think you would. So why are we expected to pay for this and not be entitled to a refund when what we are being served, isn't what was being promised to us? 

This is extremely frustrating and really harmful to the relationship between the company and the customer. 
I hope that EA and DICE can adress these things and ensure that their product is actually playable before they release it to us, we had the same kind of game breaking issues with BF 5 and it would seem to me that you didn't learn anything from that experience. Well, we did and I don't think you can repeat this kind of a release a third time. People simply don't have any faith left in this series and the people developing and publishing it. 

Please, help us fix this or at least give us our money back. I know you've already made the majority of your sales so there's little to no incentive to keep developing the game, but that's not my problem. I'm just a customer.
