This needs massive rebalancing or reduction in number of air vehicles by half.
The problem with the BF games set on any time that is modern is that there is a considerable reliance on lock on weapons.
But lock on weapons are either feast or famine; They will either do a far too easy job of taking out an aircraft or they will completely be negated by countermeasures.

I believe that Kaleidoscope suffers from a plainly bad map design.
It is also very uncomfortable for the jets there to having to pick between a large exposed lane where the wildcat can lock on from almost anywhere or to weave between skyscrapers and a very small air only outer zone.
Personally I think it is better to have more and weaker aircraft than a 1-2 powerful ones.The stationary flak cannons on bases on BF1/BFV were a great way to make the interaction between ground and air less one sided. It is lacking on BF games on modern settings
