@ugdpy Interesting question. I personally see gameplay sabotage as things like intentionally team-killing someone, like people do to artillery truck users in BF1, or giving vehicles to friends on the other team.
However, if you feel that what you mentioned in your post is sabotage then I'd say go ahead and report it. That way EA's ToS team can investigate it and take whatever action they think is correct.

This will have basically the same effect as any other reporting you do, like cheaters for instance. Goes straight to /dev/null
But sure, if reporting makes you feel better and you don't really expect anyone reading what you wrote, go ahead.
