Excessive stream sniping probably fits firmly under this category.
They won't do anything. This player has been stream sniped and stalked for 10 months now with hundreds of hours of streams to prove it, yet it continues to happen:

- @Adamonic streamer makes a living farming others. 'Others' squad up & team up to take him down.
How this constitutes harassment is beyond me. (I'm aware of the thread on Twitter.)
But sign of times, in woke days anything shocking people's emotions and perceived wellbeing is criminal and should be cancelled.- @TheseusJason when it is the other team trying to kill you, I have no issues with players teaming up to take you out.
However, when your team is joining in, freezing the rez so you can't respawn (while teammates and enemy teabag you), then jumping from instance to instance to find you and doing the same thing over and over is harassment.
