    It's seems to be a Gamestop network issue. Their system isn't printing beta codes on receipts for the top editions, and no one has any idea why.

@ChugKendall That sounds like an issue with that system... or perhaps the code is provided by some other means? Regardless, if you have confirmed a workaround, good job!
