@AOD_moose004 I don't think its entirely you. I have noticed that server performance lacking since S2 launched and hitreg is weird - I often get killed with what it feels like a single bullet (when at full health) from someone using an smg. Team play unfortunately is not as great as previous titles. I would like to suggest that you try the PBX-45, Avancys or the K30. I personally like the first two but find it difficult to control the K30. I have specced both guns for max fire rate and +verticle recoil control. I play on console.
