Getting shot behind walls

Im getting shot after running behind covers. Screenshots are taken right after im shot. On first screen shot you can clearly see the wall between my shooter and i. On second screenshot, you can see that im 5 meter away from the door and still counted as im at the door and shot by enemy outside. This is with 71 ping/ms. I understand these issues can happen online games but, this is INSANE! You can see how far away i am from the door. Guy shot me from outside. You need a fix on this and also I NEED JOYSTICK support for PC as soon as possible.
