Unlimited ammo has always been a thing for vehicles. The issue is that they have these HUUUUUGE maps....with nothing in them. There's a lot of empty, no cover areas that will put infantry on the * end of the stick 10 out of 10 times. They were lazy in these map designs, and because of it, vehicles have very little to counter them other than other vehicles. Even with Helis....the maps in 2042 are massive and have a much higher ceiling. AA only has a range of ~ 400, so any lock on they can simply fly up for 1-2 seconds and they're in the clear. Since it will always take more than 1 AA to kill you, and unless your hacked (again, short range compared to map size), your flares will save you and you'll be able to see roughly who was targeting you and take them down with your near infinite barrage of missiles or the only useful minigun in the game. Helicopter balance is also an issue compared to other vehicles, same with bolte

I think they should come back with the commander mode where they drop supply crates for the vehicles and that is the only way they can replenish the ammo. Or the only way Jets can resupply is flying over the landing strip.

Oh yes, this. It was much more fun taking off from runways and having to return to resupply or land in order to repair.
- 4 years ago@SirBobdk yes, it would slow down the rate of air support

yes mate
- 4 years ago@Kyosji the the minigun on the tanks I think has a massive spread & hopeless
- Kyosji4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Teknohead23 Mini gun on all vehicles had massive spread and were useless. Only thing they did anything to really was other air vehicles.

No. In BF1 you had to resupply ammo in all the vehicles. In fact it may have been tje only BF game that did that?
- 4 years ago@AnthonyHillyer Tanks in BF5 ran out of ammo
