I thought the various underbarrel attachments were to do exactly what you are suggesting.
Also, I'm pretty sure the spray (spread, bloom) of the guns is meant to mimic what they are like in real life.
I may be missing something.
no matter what attachment u add, it wont give a set spray,
attachments can give u better control of the spray, but the spray is still random
set spray is when a weapon always follows the same recoil, so u can master it
