Should be similar to the hovercraft where the occupants are at least protected by explosive damage but can still be shot at with firearms. The fact 1 rocket or just about any explosive can kill most of the occupants (and the vehicle is still perfectly fine) is kinda ridiculous. Especially since the LATV4 is already one of the weakest vehicles (which it should be) and the passengers and driver are fairly easy to see.
