Guys! Downgrade nvidia driver to 496.13 for a good FPS boost

It would explain why people are getting different performances on same setups. I am on the latest build. And it was trash.

It was random in beta too. I also expect people to enable rtx not knowing what it is and kill their frames.
I play in 1080 with a 1080 and 3700x if thats useful for anyone.
