How do you know that the person is hacking and not using a specialist ? I do not think that this warning at the bottom you have been spotted or location revealed or what it say is showing all the times when actually spotted. Soo many things in this game can spot you - soflam, Ranger, turrets, Rao when you use his hack / scanner (very easy push button and swipe around you and you spot / hack all within your area - for all to see). Use of silencer will help you from being spotted far away but not the near soldiers.
When I play this game - I have had same feeling as you - hacker here and there but more and more I come to other conclusion - massive delay ! We are unable to see other players ping times as we could in BF4 and BF5 etc. If you play on Europe server and person from China joins in - he might come in with 300 ms and lets say you have 20 ms - then how is server going to cope with that.
Something called lag compensation is then triggered. They need to kind of average things and they add lag to your connection (google it to get more info on this). This is the exact reason why you need to have ping limits on servers (we have had this since early days of counterstrike). In BF 2042 you can only see your own ms ping and your delay to server but you are unable to see other players ping. In BF5 when a player with 300 or even worse joined in the game became unplayable and I instantly know why and leave server - this is not the case here.
For you it looks like he is using aimbot - you see person and you are instantly killed without even fire one shot. Sometimes 2 persons are involved in the kill so you need to look who killed you one or 2 persons.
For dice / ea this is business - if playerbase is too low - we need to reduce amount of servers - meaning people will have to play on servers long way from their origin and that gives crap game play for players near the server. Like me - I constantly have around 18-20 ms to servers and very often it feels laggy.
Cheaters yes they are there - but most of time it is the lag thing Im sure of !
