@UP_HawxxeyeI agree, sometimes it seems impossible to heal someone. 2 tips that might help: 1) throw a medic crate in a doorway, this forces people to run thru it. 2) Playing conquest on Manifest (B2), Orbital (D2) and Hourglass (A2 and A3) use the fire suppressant to your advantage, as everyone in the area is taking damage, throw down a med crate for yourself and then just keep shooting them with the syrette.
