@UP_Hawxxeye Falck + Breakthrough (64vs64) and concentrate on healing with the Syringe pistol.
I usually prefer an ammo crate as secondary gadget to refill the Syringe Pistol, and most important, let other people revive, so you can heal the other 50hp.
But I have to admit, you may need a lobby that actually is interested in playing the objective. Snipers at max distance from the objectives rarely need heals.

Syringe pistol refills automatically. It's a specialist gadget.

Initially i had a bit of trouble completing this assignment as well, mostly because 90% of the server was trying to do it at the same time lol.
After people started finishing it, everyone played whatever specialist they normally played as, so it became easier.
- kregora4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Noodlesocks Hmm need to check that. It didn't do that during technical playtest and beta. And I only use Falck for the occasional weekly task.

The Med Crate seems pointless in this game, it has a really small AoE and as @UP_Hawxxeye says, it seems to repel injured friendlies.
